Contact Forms
If you contact me via this website’s contact form, you will be asked to provide a valid email address and a first name for communication purposes. You may also include your surname and a phone number if you wish to do so (not required fields.)
You will never be asked to register to this website, therefore no user profile information will be stored in this site’s database.
Personal Documents, Confidential Information and Other Files
In order to deliver on my responsibilities relating to your requested language services, I may require access to source files that may contain personal details or confidential information, either to provide you with an accurate cost estimate or to carry out the actual service.
Should your request be related to interpreting services, a detailed brief and any existing preparation materials relating to your assignment, while not compulsory, will be greatly appreciated as a mean to ensure the best possible service. Interpreting assignments may also involve the exchange or mentioning of personal and confidential information while they take place.
How Your Personal Information is Used
The above information is required in order to assess your needs and to provide a better service. Your data, along with any personal and/or confidential information that may be essential to the completion of your requested service(s), will be stored for internal record keeping and won’t be shared with third parties.
I may periodically contact you via email in order to gather feedback as a mean to improve my services. You do not have to share your feedback and such emails will stop being sent upon your request.

- Language combinations that do not match my language portfolio

Both affiliate links and referrals will have no impact on the price of the service. There will be no additional cost to you, but I may receive a small commission or finder’s fee. I am fully committed to only referring you to professionals I personally know and trust and with a good record in delivering an excellent service.
